Blue Ocean, a world leader in customer care solutions, was named a Finalist today in the “Contact Center Outsourcing Provider of the Year” category in the 18th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Blue Ocean will ultimately be awarded a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award during a gala banquet on Friday, April 12, at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®. More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 47 nations and territories, were evaluated in this year’s competition.
Blue Ocean’s 2024 Stevie Award entry highlights the extraordinary partnership with their client, a national sports association that leads the US in governing and promoting one of the nation’s most well-loved sports. Having kicked off the partnership at the height of the pandemic, Blue Ocean has since supported them in their annual championships—both on-site and off-site—and led them through a crucial telephony platform transition in order to streamline their operations. As a result of these efforts, Blue Ocean has significantly improved their service levels and simultaneously realized thousands of dollars in cost savings for the client.
