Barry Browne is responsible for leading the execution of our strategic vision within Blue Ocean’s IT infrastructure. Change is the constant in contact center technology, and Barry has the experience, the expertise, and the drive to lead us—and our clients—forward.
With more than 16 years’ tenure with Blue Ocean, Barry is an expert in the IT systems that are core to our business. His dedication to continually learning, applying, and adapting technology solutions is fundamental to our continuous improvement in the delivery of differentiated customer experiences for the diverse clients we support.
Barry holds advanced certifications in Citrix, Microsoft, IGEL and VMWare technologies. He is an IGEL VIP and was recognized by his peers as IGEL Community Member of the year for 2020.
