Andrew Breau is responsible for sustaining excellence in the delivery of customer support for our clients in the B2B space. With more than 15 years of experience in contact center management and strategic leadership in customer care, Andrew brings a relentless drive to raise the bar for clients on his roster.

Andrew joined Blue Ocean in 2008. During his tenure, he has served as the operational lead for some of our largest clients, managing teams of 150+ in providing tech support, order management, and asset recovery services.
Before joining Blue Ocean, Andrew spent several years in progressively senior project management roles with a leading multinational outsourcer. A lifelong athlete, he embodies a coaching philosophy in all he does. Andrew’s leadership reflects his belief that the pursuit of excellence in any sphere is a team sport. His integrity and commitment to team goals fosters tremendous loyalty from both the people working with him and the clients he supports.
