Andrew is an integral part of the Sales Team and is focused on helping advance our growth efforts and strengthen how we pursue new opportunities. Previously, Andrew served as Director, Client Management. He brings deep operational knowledge, strong relationship building skills, and a thoughtful, collaborative approach that reflects how we show up for our clients and each other.
Andrew has more than 20 years of experience in contact center management and strategic leadership and joined Blue Ocean in 2008. During his tenure, he served as the operational lead for some of our largest clients, managing teams of 150+ in providing tech support, retail, travel, order management, and asset recovery services.
Before joining Blue Ocean, Andrew spent several years in progressively senior project management roles with a leading multinational outsourcer. A lifelong athlete, he embodies a coaching philosophy in all he does. Andrew’s leadership reflects his belief that the pursuit of excellence in any sphere is a team sport. His integrity and commitment to team goals fosters tremendous loyalty from both the people working with him and the clients he supports.
