Beth Bartlett is responsible for leading the clients in her roster forward by evolving their support models, driving cost out of their operations, continually finding opportunities for Blue Ocean to add value.
Since joining the company in 2006, Beth has played an increasingly critical role supporting some of our highest value clients, primarily in the B2B tech space. She is a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship skills and deep understanding of our business. Her experience includes being at the helm of a team of 150 + people providing complex support from T1 tech support to customer success management for a global SaaS leader in data intelligence. In her role as Director, Client Management, she is positioned to deliver superior support to our client base, acting as a catalyst for growth and innovation within each account. Beth’s clients appreciate her commitment, her effective and transparent communication style, and her ability to deliver.
