Sean Mohammed

 

Director, People & Culture

 

Sean Mohammed has played a key role in the success of Blue Ocean Contact Centers and brings a deep, firsthand understanding of the employee experience to his work. Having started his career as an agent, Sean has progressed through a wide range of roles across the organization, including recruiting, Program Coordinator, HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, and Director, People & Culture.

 

Throughout his career at Blue Ocean, Sean has focused on strengthening the connection between recruitment, training, and onboarding to create a more seamless and supportive employee experience. He has been a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Belonging initiatives, led the organization’s annual engagement survey and translated insights into meaningful action. With proven expertise in workplace investigations, he supports organizations in navigating sensitive employee matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

 

Sean’s work is grounded in a strong coaching philosophy, centered on constructive feedback, employee development, and building high performing, engaged teams.

 

Sean works closely with leaders across the organization to simplify people processes, strengthen operational consistency, and ensure the employee experience remains at the centre of everything Blue Ocean does.
