Susan Preiss is the Senior Vice President of People and Business Operations at Blue Ocean Contact Centers. In this role, she provides strategic leadership across people, culture, and operational enablement, ensuring the organization has the structure, capabilities, and support systems necessary to deliver exceptional outcomes for both employees and clients.
Susan is deeply focused on strengthening organizational effectiveness and aligning people strategies with business objectives. She partners closely with leaders across the organization to support workforce planning, leadership development, change management, and scalable operational practices, all with a strong emphasis on employee experience and performance. Susan plays a critical role in helping Blue Ocean evolve and grow while staying true to its people-first values.
Susan joined Blue Ocean in 2013.
She holds an Executive MBA with a concentration in Human Resources and is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and a Six Sigma Greenbelt
