Abby Saranchuk’s expertise in transformational change and process improvement goes hand in hand with her extensive insight into the operational structure of our organization. She leads cross-functional continual improvement projects, using her understanding of the business to drive improvement in client and internal processes and the improvement of the Blue Ocean employee experience.
Abby has been an integral part of the Blue Ocean team for more than a decade. Her diverse roles within Blue Ocean provide exceptional value in her current position: she has led operational teams, the training team, and process mapping for the entire Blue Ocean ecosystem.
In addition, prior to joining Blue Ocean, Abby worked with one of our long-standing tech clients – bringing a client perspective of our business to her role. With this range of experience, she has the necessary hands-on knowledge of our business to facilitate continual improvement that adds value across the organization.
Abby studied biology and philosophy at Dalhousie University and is a professionally trained facilitator.
