Her work focuses on aligning operational reality with modern platforms and tools, ensuring Blue Ocean delivers scalable, secure, and client‑centered solutions.
With more than 15 years at Blue Ocean, Abby brings deep operational knowledge to her role. She has led frontline operations, training and enablement, quality assurance, and enterprise‑wide process design, giving her a practical, end‑to‑end understanding of how strategy translates into execution across the organization.
Prior to joining Blue Ocean, Abby worked within one of the company’s long‑standing technology clients, providing her with a strong client‑side perspective on service delivery, expectations, and partnership value. This combined client and operator experience allows her to drive transformation initiatives that are pragmatic, sustainable, and grounded in real business impact.
Abby studied biology and philosophy at Dalhousie University and is a professionally trained facilitator.
