Erin Manthorne is responsible for ensuring sustainable consistent service delivery for our clients in the B2C space. Her long-standing expertise in customer care leadership provides the foundation to drive efficient and cost-effective service delivery for our clients with consumer-facing programs.
Erin has been with Blue Ocean for more than 20 years. Her career encompasses a depth and breadth of customer care experience that serves her teams and her customers well. Over the course of her tenure with us, Erin has gained leadership experience in people & program management, training, and most recently, in quality & productivity analysis and strategy development.
Throughout her career, Erin has managed teams of 100+ people on multichannel B2B and B2C programs, including those with challenging seasonal peaks and those experiencing significant growth. She is an expert in managing the delicate balance of efficiency, quality, and productivity that leads to life-time loyalty between brands and consumers.
Erin studied science at Acadia University in Nova Scotia and has achieved PMP certification.
