With 25 years of experience in workforce management, Sean Miller is responsible for Blue Ocean’s workforce strategy, ensuring that our workforce solutions deliver efficiency while driving out cost and improving the customer experience.

 

Sean joined the Blue Ocean team in 2006 as a Senior Workforce Manager and quickly proved his expertise in building robust workforce solutions for even the most complex care programs.

 

As artificial intelligence and other technologies continue to make a significant impact on the customer care industry, Sean plays a key role in helping Blue Ocean navigate the changing landscape.

 

Known for his innovative thinking and strategic vision, Sean is passionate about tackling new challenges and striving to be the best.
