Susan provides strategic leadership across employee experience, people and human resources, and business operations. Her role brings together workforce strategy, business processes, and the systems, tools and ways of working that support how we operate every day.
As we prepare for the next chapter of Blue Ocean, Susan’s leadership ensures our people, processes, and operations work together to deliver value for both our clients and our employees. She plays a critical role in supporting change, strengthening consistency and effectiveness across teams, and enabling the organization to perform, scale, and adapt.
Susan has led key initiatives that improve how work gets done and continues to build a high-performing, engaging, and sustainable workplace that supports client outcomes and employee development
