Vice President of People and Organizational Performance
Susan Preiss is the Vice President of People and Organizational Performance. She is committed to enhancing the employee experience, which is critical to our success. She ensures that the processes, standards, systems, and information work harmoniously to foster a high-performance organization. She serves as a change agent in her role, driving continuous improvement and consistently striving to deliver additional value to clients and stakeholders. Susan joined Blue Ocean in 2013.
She holds an Executive MBA with a concentration in Human Resources and is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). Furthermore, she possesses a Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification from General Electric, where she held various global commercial positions.
